Please tell us a little about yourself:

I represent a home-grown specialty coffee roastery from Hong Kong. Brewing coffee is my passion, and I am always striving to push my boundaries. For me, competitions are not just a platform for self-assessment, but a vital opportunity to sharpen both my technical skills and mental resilience.

Since winning my first Hong Kong Barista Championship in 2018, I have never stopped my pursuit of specialty coffee. After two subsequent competitions, I am thrilled and honored to finally have the opportunity this year to continue fulfilling my dream on the World Stage.

What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?:

As a photography enthusiast, I’m excited to explore the city with my camera, capturing the local lifestyle, rich culture, and vibrant neighborhood vibes while immersing myself in the host city's unique charm.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Photography, Drawing, Music.
