World of Coffee Lisbon 2027 will host three competitions, the World Latte Art Championship, the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, and Cezve/Ibrik Championship. The competitions will take place live on the show floor, bringing together regional champions from across the world to compete at the highest level of their craft.

The 2026 Cezve/Ibrik Champion was announced on January 20, 2026, on the World of Coffee Dubai stage, marking the first championship event of the 2026 World Coffee Championships (WCC) season.
