Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am a passionate barista who trains my forearms every day to ensure long, stable, and flawless extractions. Since 2012, I have been continuously competing in barista championships, constantly pushing my boundaries.

What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?:

In the Korean specialty coffee scene, Panama coffee holds a legendary, awe-inspiring reputation. I am incredibly curious and excited to discover what the local coffee culture is truly like and what styles the locals genuinely enjoy every day.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

I love working out, especially weight training. To me, working out is very similar to coffee: just as I analyze the unique characteristics of every single green bean, training allows me to consciously connect with and understand every single muscle in my body. It’s a fascinating process.

Huge thanks to my coaches and teammates who shared this intense journey of chasing the perfect bean and flawless extraction. My deepest gratitude also goes to my family and colleagues who supported every step of my coffee career, helping me reach this dream stage.
