X2 mexican barista champion, co-founder of Casa Cardinal. I love living and inspiring my life through every sense, and create memories through them, my favorite way of doing it? Coffee!

The whole process of competing is very intense but rewarding in many ways, i got into coffee thanks to a cortado that changed my life.

Love creating cocktails.

What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?:

Tasting local flavors, visit the sea.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Cocktails, cooking, architecture, hospitality.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?:
