Please tell us a little about yourself:

I run the Błysk Espresso Bar in Warsaw with my wife since 2022. I have been competing since 2019—so, for seven years now. I love competition, especially against myself—for instance, in coffee competitions where I overcome my own weaknesses. I really enjoy the atmosphere of the events, as well as meeting up and chatting with friends.

What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?:

First of all, if I have time, I’ll eat tasty things :)

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Football, sports, video games, spending time with my wife and dog :)
