Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been working in the coffee industry for 12 years, and I have also been competing for the same amount of time. I have won the China Barista Championship twice, and this is my second time representing China at the World Barista Championship. I currently run my own coffee brand and a roastery, both based in Hangzhou, China. My entry into coffee was somewhat serendipitous – I have always loved drinking coffee, and I especially loved to make it for my family. That desire eventually led me into the industry.
What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?
Panama is a country steeped in coffee, from its rich history to its renowned estates. I would love to take some time during my visit to explore local coffee farms.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I love hiking and camping, and I’m also really into music and sports.
