Please tell us a little about yourself:

‘m in the specialty coffee industry since I’m out of culinary school, 11 years ago. After working as a barista for many times in the luxury environment, I’m now the founder of Polygone in Paris : a coffee school, coffee catering service solution, consulting, and a coffee shop next to it. I’m also founder of Shifts, an job application app for coffee shops and Barista !
I started to compete to improve myself, as a way to evolve in this work in the beginning of my career, 10 years ago. It’s my 3rd time on the world stage.
I like to compete while asking the same question every time : what can I bring to the industry ?
Fun fact : my 6 month daughter is here with my girlfriend for her first WBC

What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?

Discover the local culture, food mainly and learn more Spanish

Surf and … coffee
