Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work for Meron Roastery as a trainer and quality control, been competing in Cuptasting and Brewers for 3 years.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
I’m exited to visit the local roasters and coffee shops and also to enjoy the local culture (food, architecture).
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I don’t really have any interests outside coffee at the moment.
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?
I want to thank Bogdan Ciocian, the CEO, and the mind behind Meron, for creating a place where I was able to learn and grow and for providing the tools so I could constantly evolve and train. And my colleague and dear friend Manu who was always at my side throughout my career in speciality coffee.
