Please tell us a little about yourself:
Jonathan is a coffee professional with over 15 years of experience. His passion for coffee comes from his family, who are from Loja, in Ecuador. His father has been working in coffee for 43 years and founded Cafecom, a company that roast and export coffee, where Jonathan serves as COO.
