Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work as head roaster in Orléans, for a compagny who is 125 years old, "Les Comptoirs Jeanne d'Arc". I competed for the fourth time in France with 3 times on podium, but this is my first time in world coffee championship. I compete for improve myself and share moments with coffee passionate, this a good way to meet amazing people. Before to work into the coffee industry, five years ago, i worked as fireman. A passion overtook the other !
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Even if it is near to France, i never visited switherland, so this championship is a good opportunity to visit geneva and this beautiful country !
What are your interests outside of coffee?
My family first of course, my wife and two daughters who encourage me :) ! And something i keep to my previous job, practise sport as often as possible...
