Please tell us a little about yourself:
My name is Bram, currently working as head barista at Maracuyá in Amsterdam.
i first got into latte art in 2019 where i joined the national competition to see how far i could get. And ever since i've been signing up when i could. I have become second place twice so it feels really good to finally have a chance to go to the world championships!
I really love the feeling of community in coffee and i hope to spread that aswell. For me Latte art has been a way of bringing a lot of people together that are passionate about coffee, through throwdowns, trainings or just having fun pouring together!
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
I heard there are a lot of nice hikes around Geneva which is perfect! Because after visiting every specialty coffee cafe in the city we'll have the energy for it!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
climbing, movies/series, sharing experiences and cooking
