My name is Hiroaki Nitta.
I was born in Japan and grew up in Okinawa.
I have been participating in competitions for about 6 to 7 years.
The reason I started participating in competitions is that I wanted to provide better-tasting coffee.
My entry into the coffee industry was inspired by my fascination with the deliciousness of specialty coffee.
