Seven Mystery Coffee Roastery
Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work as the Coffee Program Manager at Seven Mystery Coffee Roastery in Canada. I've been competing in coffee competitions for the past three years. I really enjoy these competitions because they not only inspire more people to get involved with specialty coffee, but they also challenge us to continuously push ourselves to higher standards.
Fun Facts about myself: I quit smoking because of coffee. Early in my coffee journey, one of my mentors told me that smoking could negatively affect how we taste coffee. That advice really stuck with me, and it motivated me to quit smoking so I could better appreciate the flavors in every cup.
I got into the coffee industry because there's so much knowledge, passion, and love behind a single cup of coffee. It’s amazing how something so small can hold so many mysteries and stories within it—that’s what truly drew me in.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?

Sports: Football, motorsport, golf, snowboarding
Music: EDM and making my own EMD mixs

Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
I want to thank my amazing team at Seven Mystery for always supporting me behind the scenes. I'm also deeply grateful to my family and friends back in Canada, and to the entire Canadian coffee community—thank you all for your unwavering support.
