Please tell us a little about yourself:

I work as a consultant at Full Service Training Lab for, where i get to dive into the coffee world every day. I’ve been competing for three years now, and let’s just say … once you get a taste of competition , there’s no going back! It’s a mix of adrenaline , obsession with details, and maybe just a little bit of caffeine-fuelled madness. My journey in a coffee started back in high school when i joined and Illy competition in my fourth year . From that moment on, I knew i wasn’t going to let go of this passion. And as for a fun fact? Well, i guess my entire life now revolves around coffee so much so that even my family has become part of my training team.

What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?

Of course, I’m thrilled to experience the WCC to the fullest meeting incredible professionals, exchanging ideas, and pushing my skill to the next level. But let’s be honest, I’m also excited to explore the city dive into its coffee scene, and maybe even find the perfect spot to unwind after and intense day of competition. After all, a great cup of coffee tastes even better when enjoyed in a new and inspiring place.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

Outside of latte art, i have a strong passion for sports, especially soccer and basketball. My favorite soccer team is Bologna , the team of hometown. When it comes to basketball, i support Virtus Bologna and my favourite player is Marco Belineeli. In addition to sports , i have also devoeloped a deep interest in fashion, thanks to my sister , who work in industry. Overtime her passion, and knowledge have inspired me to appreciate the creativity and craftsmanship behind fashion.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank?

absolutely! First, a huge thanks to my ultimate trainer and partner in crime : my mom. No one keeps me in check like she does! For the rule book part, my sister deserves credit for making me learn how to actually read everything ( turn out, that’s important) A special shoutout to my dad, the unsung hero, for always making sure i had milk ready- without him, this journey would have been much drier! And of course , a big thanks to my you to all the amazing people at Full Service Training Lab for their help with support, cleaning and materials -couldn’t have done it without them!
