I'm Ajeyudu, currently working as a Product Specialist at Brewing Gadgets in the UAE. I've been part of the coffee industry for the past 15 years, ever since I unexpectedly stepped into the world of coffee as an assistant to a roast master. That unplanned start sparked a deep passion for coffee, and over the years, I've grown alongside the industry—gaining hands-on experience in everything from roasting to cutting-edge brewing technologies
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
I want to explore more about coffee culture and food and meet coffee people. learning new things!

Food, science, and new technology
