Please tell us a little about yourself:
I own a coffee shop in Athens and I have been in the coffee industry for the past 10 years, competing for the last two years. Before I got into coffe I was a track athlete.
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
I would love to visit the Space Center of Houston and eat a Texan steak.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I like music and sports.

I would like to thank my team, Thanasis Aggelopoulos and Lefteris Spiridakis, who helped me throughout the journey, and my mentor in coffee Mihalis Dimitrakopoulos who shaped my mentality and showed me how to have expectations and aim higher.
