Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work at Kaffeemacher in Basel, Switzerland. Have been competing in a few competitions (mostly for fun) before winning the Swiss Coffee Roasting Championship. Started as a barista and fell in love with coffee, did a coffee farm training and started roasting shortly after.
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
Excited to just see the city, meet new people inside and out of the coffee industry.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I am a historian on the side, enjoying music, art, food and my two cats.
