Learn the Skills to Become a WCC Certified Judge
The Specialty Coffee Association is excited to announce the launch of a new education program, designed for those looking to learn more about the World Coffee Championships and begin their journey towards becoming a World Coffee Championships (WCC) Certified Judge. The new WCC Judge Skills Program will launch this November 8-10, with a trial event hosted at Lucca Café in Curitiba, Brazil.
Following the training, attendees can expect to leave with an understanding of the WCCs while developing their judging skills and learning how competitions are scored. The training program was formed to align with the Specialty Coffee Association's most up-to-date research, including incorporating the latest WCC Rules & Regulations, and logic from the Coffee Value Assessment system.
Registration will be of value for those working as judges at the Competition Body level who are looking to progress to judging panels for the world competitions, competitors looking to understand more about judging, or anyone with interest in the WCCs. This program provides an excellent pathway for those looking to attend a WCC Judge Certification event, in order to participate on the world stage.
Please note, this program will be held in English.
