Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am a barista from Asterisk Espresso based in Phuket, Thailand. I was born into a family that has been making traditional Thai coffee using dark-roasted beans for generations. Now in the fourth generation, I’m deeply rooted in that coffee culture. As a child, my playground was stacks of Robusta coffee bags in our family’s factory.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
I’m excited to explore Milan’s coffee and food culture, visit iconic cafés, and meet other baristas and roasters from around the world. It’s also a dream to see the craftsmanship and history behind Italian espresso culture firsthand.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I love photography, especially capturing moments from my travels and café life. I also enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and learning about flavor through different cuisines.
