Please tell us a little about yourself:
I Work with the team at Axil coffee in Melbourne, and have been competing close to 8 years. Originally started to compete to learn more and use this as a space to explore and try all my ideas! This year it has evolved and want to send a positive message to the industry. Having worked in the coffee industry for the last 11 years, my passion started when I was an apprentice carpenter and drinking coffee all over Melbourne before work, before I knew it I was working as a barista!
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
I can't wait to catch up with all the other competitors and experience the Italian culture!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I'm a big football fan, as well as any sports. cooking and wine, like lots of baristas!

A huge thank you to the Axil coffee team, Dave Makin and matt Crowley in particular. They have been a huge part of my success over the last few years. As well as my amazing partner, that is always pushing me to do my best and is always back stage with me!
