Work at Taylors of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, U.K. competed for 4 years, historically came 2nd and 3rd and finally won. I started off managing restaurants and cafes and accidentally got into specialty coffee.
What are you excited to do while you are in Milan?
Eat pasta and gelato!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Rock climbing, hiking, music.
