Anna Oleksak

Anna has been involved in the coffee business since 2001, organizing exhibitions for the HoReCa sector. Since then she has been involved in the annual organization of all National Championships in Poland, and supporting the SCA Polish Chapter as National Coordinator.

In 2010 she co-founded Kofi Brand — one of the first specialty coffee micro roasteries in Poland, managing quality control and marketing. In 2016 she joined Nespresso Poland, where she focuses on media relations, training, and high gastronomy.

Since 2016 she has been a WCC Certified Sensory Judge in the World Barista Championship and World Brewers Cup, and a WCC Certified Visual Judge at the World Latte Art Championship.

Anna has also been a certified Q Arabica Grader since 2015.
