Inyoung Song

I entered the coffee industry in 2008. Throughout my career, I have worked in various sectors including a green bean trading company, a Q Grader training center, an F&B chain, and universities focusing on coffee and hospitality.

I currently lead GIMISA, a company located in Seoul, South Korea, specializing in green coffee trading, specialty roasting and wholesale, café operations, and professional training.

I began judging national coffee competitions in 2009 and became a certified world judge in 2012.
