Joe Hsu

Joe works as the general manager, bean seeker, and roaster master for Orsir Coffee Taiwan. Since 2006, Joe has judged for national coffee competitions and the Cup of Excellence competition program globally. In 2009 he certified as a World Latte Art and World Coffee in Good Spirit Championship Sensory Judge. In 2012 he certified as a WBC Sensory Judge.

Since 2013, Joe has been a board member of ACE and a WCC Representative in Asia, where he also acts as a Head Judge for National Championships.
