Seonhee (Sunny) Yoon

Sunny is currently a director of CBSC International in South Korea and is in charge of education (SCA AST Instructor in barista, green bean, and sensory skills). She is also involved in coffee quality control, trade, and marketing (December Coffee Dripper, Wootz espresso grinder, etc). In addition, she has been supporting the Competition Council of the SCA Korea Chapter since 2018.

After majoring in hotel management, she had a career as a service and planning officer in airlines and other general companies.

Sunny has been working in specialty coffee since 2008 as a barista, lecturer, and judge. She earned Q-grader qualification in 2010 and has been a WCC Certified Judge in the World Barista Championship since 2012.
