Rebirth Coffee Co
Please tell us a little about yourself:
I own a coffee roastery and a café in Taiwan. This year marks my tenth year competing in coffee competitions. I love challenging myself with new goals. It’s been an interesting journey—from starting in a commercial coffee franchise to dedicating my career to specialty coffee.
What are you excited to do while you visit the Panama city?:
I’m excited to see the producers I’ve worked with over the past few years again in Panama. I’m also looking forward to seeing the global coffee community come together. That atmosphere is always inspiring.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Learning English! Preparing for this competition has motivated me to improve my English faster than I ever imagined.
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?:
I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me—my family, especially my wife and son, my competition team, my coach, and the specialty coffee community in Taiwan. Thank you to the sponsors of this competition for creating this incredible platform. Finally, thank you to producer Jamison Savage for our collaboration over the past three years.
