Please tell us a little about yourself:
Taha Youssef is an Egyptian barista, coffee trainer, and competitor whose journey is driven by passion, discipline, and a constant desire to grow.
Currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he works as a coffee trainer, focusing on developing baristas through practical education, technical excellence, and a deeper understanding of specialty coffee.
For Taha, coffee is more than a career—it is a lifelong pursuit. Every competition is an opportunity to learn, improve, and push his limits. He competes not only to earn titles, but to represent his journey, inspire others, and contribute to the global coffee community.
Standing on the World Barista Championship stage in Panama represents another step in that journey—a chance to share his story, his craft, and his passion with the world.
