Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been part-timing as a barista for about two years in London. This is my second time competing in the UKCTC, ! compete because I think it's fun and exciting.
Fun facts: most of the time when I'm practicing with friends I am usually the one scoring the lowest. My favourite coffee shops in London are Calico, Nagare, Oma and Saintnine.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
Thai food, especially the seafood.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Tea, alcohol, and having good food.
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?
My brother and his wife. They provided a lot of beans for me to practice with for CT and plenty of emotional support. And of course many friends who supported me along the journey.
