Please tell us a little about yourself:
Hi everyone, my name is Gabriel Tudorin. I started working as a barista 15 years ago, originally while trying to pay for college, and coffee has stayed a huge part of my life ever since. I currently work as a coffee trainer for Peaches and also do QC for Sumo.
I love learning new things and pushing myself, and I strongly believe that hard work always pays off. That mindset is also what draws me to competition. For me, competing is not just about
emotions, the learning, and the way it builds your confidence and shapes you as a person.
A fun fact about me is that I'm terrible with names, so if I forget yours, I'm sorry in advance.

Everything
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Video games, footbal, gym, what a normal person will do.
