Please tell us a little about yourself:
This is my second year participating in the Cup Tasting competition; last year, I placed second at the national level.
I am the CEO of Pier coffee roasters, the leading specialty coffee roaster in Southern Italy
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
I'm excited to experience the local coffee culture, visit specialty coffee shops, and connect with professionals from around the world. I'm also looking forward to exploring the city, discovering its food scene, and immersing myself in the local culture
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Outside of coffee, I enjoy traveling, discovering new food cultures, and spending time outdoors. I also like meeting new people and learning from different perspectives

I would like to thank my team at Pier Torrefazioni Caffè for their continuous support and dedication. I'm also grateful to everyone who has trained with me and shared their knowledge and experience throughout my preparation. Their support has been fundamental to my growth as a competitor
