In Specialty Coffee for more than 20 years. Co-Founder and diretor of Innovation and quality at Unique Cafés Especiais, brazil. Competed in the World Cup taster in 2007 Where I got the 3 place. After 18 years I am competing again and very happy to be the national champion. This competition shows me the direction always. We are going right at Unique Cafés, always looking for details in quality. My family produces coffee for more than 100 years in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais. So pround to show the World that we have great people working in a very high performance in the coffee industry also.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
Visit a new country and Connect with new people in the specialty coffee.
