COFIUM roastery
Please tell us a little about yourself:
A small roastery in a small but beautiful city, where no one is in a hurry and where you can work with coffee at a relaxed pace.
I've loved coffee since childhood, so when the opportunity came up, I practiced and took part in competitions.
When I was a kid, I saw a coffee commercial on TV and got so fascinated that I've been into it ever since.
Here, it's often just a part-time job for students, but I always wanted to be in this field, so when I was a student, I took the opportunity.
