Please tell us a little about yourself:
The last 2 years I am working at The Roosters Fine coffee in Athens as a roaster / barista as well as a trusted partner and trainer for our wholesales customers. I decided to compete this year at our national cup tasters competition as I really like cuppings and I got motivated to see how far I can make it with competing. So it was a personal challenge for me.
Fun fact: 1 am short of shy but quite competitive;)
My career in the coffee industry started as a fun job at the start that ended up being a passion inspired by very passionate people around me.
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
Besides coffee l am getting trained and competing to CrossFit games as well.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Golf, olive oil, and spending time with my dog, Molly.
