Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work at Rogue Wave Coffee in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I have been competing for 6 years in may disciplinary. I love the thrill of competing and love that it push me to be better at coffee and it is a great way to meet new and passionate coffee professional. I got into coffee by accident because I went to get a sandwich at a local place which happened to serve pourover coffee!
What are you excited to do while you visit the WCC city?
I get to go visit family, and get to sleep in my childhood home.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Golf, olive oil, and spending time with my dog, Molly.
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WCC?
Everyone at Rogue Wave Coffee and Nana Coffee Team who help brew coffees for my practice, and many others that help with sending my coffee to use in practice! My parents who will help looking after me in Bangkok.
