Please tell us a little about yourself:
My name is Mateusz, and I'm from Warsaw, Poland. I've been working in the industry for nearly 8 years, and this is my third World Championship. My best result so far was finishing as runner-up at the 2024 World Coffee Roasters Championship in Copenhagen. On a daily basis, I'm a co-owner of a small specialty roastery, where I handle coffee roasting, sourcing, and quality contgrol.
