Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work at UCC Taiwan. Eleven years ago, when I watched a latte art championship from the audience, it inspired me to become someone like the competitors on that stage.
Since then, I have been participating in competitions for about eight years and have had the honor of standing on the world stage twice. This is my third time competing, and I am truly excited to share my design with everyone.
What are you excited to do while you are in San Diego?
I really enjoy experiencing local life and culture, exploring the arts and humanities, and tasting local food to feel the unique character of each place.
Additionally, I’m especially looking forward to watching a San Diego Padres game in San Diego.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I enjoy traveling and eating delicious food.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
First of all, I would like to thank my company, UCC Taiwan, for their full support in encouraging me to participate in this competition and for providing me with strong backing throughout the journey.
Next, I want to thank my girlfriend Wendy for accompanying me through so many years of competitions and for giving me a sense of stability and peace of mind.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisors Yishan, coach Hao Yuan, assistants Jun Lin, as well as all the colleagues and friends who have supported and helped me along the way.
