Please tell us a little about yourself:
From the city of Concepción, Chile. Barista since 2017. Barista instructor at the Incoctel school. I started when I was finishing my Veterinary Medicine thesis in 2016. Today I dedicate myself to teaching and improving knowledge about coffee in my city.
What are you excited to do while you are in San Diego?
I'd love to meet other baristas, other champions, and learn from them. I'd also like to know what coffee shops are like in San Diego, what life is like in the coffee industry.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I like to dance, explore places with vegetation and walk, I enjoy gastronomy and cooking.
