Please tell us a little about yourself:
I'm a coffee shop owner in Monza since 2008, and i have been in the world of competition for 10 years. Last year in Copenhagen i tooked 3rd place in Coffee in Good Spirits. To me competition are the key to grow in the coffee industry, meeting and talking with people who comes from all over the world.
We (me and my team) always arrive at world competitions with our van, and the journey starts from that point! :-)
I'm a wine, food and cocktails lover and i always look for good restaurant and cocktail bar.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Spending good free time with my team, drinking good coffee and meeting competitors, friends, producers and know the coffee industry in Geneve/switzerland
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Music, book, hiking, wine & sports in general
