Please tell us a little about yourself:
I’m working as an AST for MaxiCoffee, training barista and many other coffee related people in the industry. This year was my first coffee competition as a candidate, I already involved myself into judging, but my need to learn and to go on stage pushed me to compete this year. It is now three years I’m into coffee industry, and what a road, here I am, representing France at the World Coffee Championship. Let’s learn together and make specialty coffee grow !
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Even if Switzerland is a neighbour country,I never went there, it would be great to walk around and discover the beautiful city of Geneva and the Lac Leman shores !
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I’m very curious in everything, I love to discover new things, new places, new foods … I’m also playing hockey since I’m 6 years old, it takes a huge place in my life !
