Coffee Manifesto
Please tell us a little about yourself:
I have been working at Coffee Manifesto for about 7 years. I started to work at coffee industry Lamarzocco in Turkey and continued to work at Probador Collectiva Roastery. One of my boss, informed and supported me to competition about Turkish Coffee. From my first national competition, I was at third and then I competed 6 times and rest of five of them I was first place. The last 2025 national Ibrik competition as well, I was the number one. Also, I have been supported my baristas as a coach. I m also the educator barista at Coffee Manifesto.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
I’m indeed interest of food and drink culture of Geneva. Mostly coffee shops and the other sectoral things, I will have a look.
