Please tell us a little about yourself:
Being barista and a bartender for the last 10 years, my passion and dedication have led me into the world of coffee and cocktails.
Currently owner of a small bistro bar and coffee shop in Athens, I am have the opportunity to compete for a 3rd time in WCIGS 2025.
Coming from the industry of both specialty coffee and premium drinks, having successfully competed and won Greek nations of the World Class competition and being a global finalist top 12 in 2023, are motivation to be part of the evolution of Coffee cocktails in modern era of our industry and introduce specialty coffee into high end and premium bars showcasing the impossible is nothing and that you can be good enough in both industries with the right mindset and dedication.
