Please tell us a little about yourself:
My name is Eduardo and I am an ambassador for Naveia, the largest plant-based milk brand in Brazil. I have been participating in competitions for 3 years and this will be my second world championship. I have never been a competitive person, but I have always enjoyed exploring my limits, so competing makes me feel more alive, and dealing with nervousness and anxiety strengthens me. I like traveling, getting to know new places, new cultures and new people. I really like food in general; whenever I travel, I want to try new things. I started working with coffee almost 8 years ago. I started in a small bakery, without knowing anything about specialty coffees. Even without references, I started making some drawings on coffee with milk (at the time, I thought I had created the technique). Over time, I discovered that this technique already existed and that it was called "latte art". I discovered that there are also championships and decided to compete for the first time, becoming the Brazilian champion in 2023. Today, I am very happy to be able to represent my country in Geneva, in 2025!

I want to know the country's main tourist attractions and its gastronomy
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I want to get to know nearby cities, make new friends and establish new partnerships
