Please tell us a little about yourself:
Coffee enthusiast/barista/bartender since 2008
Host at commercial the project cafe in Zürich
First time I watched a coffee competition was in 2015 and it was when george koustoumpardis won the WCiGS in Dublin after that I just wanted to compete
It’s exactly 10 years since then that I’m pushing my self to became better and better and 5 years since I started competing, I was competing in the Barista championship but this year I just wanted to have fun and take it easy so I did CiGS and here I am.

What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
As always meeting with friends from all over the coffee world
And get as much inspiration is possible for my guests my team
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I play music, I like roadtrips and I love to roast some microlots I personally pick at times just for me and special guests at my cafes
