Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am a psychologist/psychotherapist/homebrewer with a passion for coffee. I have been competing since 2022 in Brewers Cup and Cup Tasters since 2024. Competing for me is for fun and to keep learning more about coffee, but also to interact with the coffee community. I also like a challenge! Cup tasters was relatively new to me but I managed to be crowned champion in just my second year competing! I have also represented Greece in World Brewers Cup 2022 in Melbourne, so its great to be on the World stage for the second time and for a second competition.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Meet up with people from the community and try lots of coffee!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
I am a father of 3 children and I like to keep myself educated in my professional psychotherapeutic field. I like to read books and listen to music. I also really enjoy drinking spirits!
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
My wife who keeps supporting me and who gives me time and space to explore my hobby, which is coffee. Competing and preparing is time consuming so her support is greatly appreciated. I also want to thank my children who keep pushing me to become a better version of myself.
