Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am currently working at Bvcoffee, a green coffee trading company, where I am mainly responsible for sample roasting and cupping. This year marks my first time competing, and I feel very fortunate to have stood out among such a talented group of competitors. As for the reason I decided to compete, to be honest, it was a truly remarkable and unexpected journey.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Taking a scenic ride on the Swiss mountain train, enjoying the local cuisine, culture, and coffee.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Camping with my family, Camping is a great way to connect with nature
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Damon and Jason from Blossom Valley Intl. for their professional guidance, which helped me clearly understand and analyze coffee flavors. I'm also deeply grateful to Taiwan’s past Cup Tasting Champions—Ricky, Roger, and Pie-shao—for selflessly sharing their training techniques and practice sets, as well as for exchanging valuable competition experiences that greatly benefited me.
Thank you to i.e.CAFÉ for your constant support and encouragement, and for generously sponsoring my travel expenses, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful culture of Europe.
Lastly, my deepest gratitude goes to Sunny. Thank you for your presence, which gave me the opportunity to embark on this wonderful journey. Thank you for your support, which helped me persevere until this moment.
With you by my side on this journey, I feel truly blessed.
