Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work at the company Cafe Chacon, located in the west of Honduras. I have 10 years of experience in the coffee industry. This was my first national tasting competition, it made me compete the desire to put into practice my knowledge acquired over time.
A funny fact about me is that I enrolled in the national competition to learn more about triagulations.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
Meet more people in the world of coffee and learn more about it, get to know its culture and its beautiful landscapes
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Be a better person every day and be able to offer a better future to my family
