Please tell us a little about yourself:
I´m co-owner of qb box espresso bar in České Budějovice, still working there as a barista. This is my fourth year of competing, second time on worlds. And I started competing because I want to compare my sensory skills with other baristas in my country.
What are you excited to do while you are in Geneva?
I will be in Geneva first time, so I´m excited to see the city, some new coffee shops and as well Geneva lake.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
All kinds of sport, fishing, and especially gastronomy and great food.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
Iwould like to thank the qb coffee roasters for support in competing, and for lot of coffees, than big thank you goes to my colleagues in qb box, because they allowed me to have more free time for training. Next gonna be Kmen coffee roasters, for letting me train in their training room. And on the end, I would like to thank my coach, Ondřej Cihlář, for the best training sessions what I ever had.
