Please tell us a little about yourself:
I am Head Roaster at Factory Coffee in Thailand. I have been roasting coffee for about 7years. I want to compete because I have developted my skills and experience, and learn more about roasting to improve myself. I am a fun person who enjoys coffee and learn a lot about roasting coffee and I am happy to work in coffee industry. It makes me meet many people and share my knowledge and experience with friends in the coffee in dustry. I started making coffee 11 years ago. I was initially fascinated by the taste of coffee. My cousins invited me to open a coffee shop. After that, I started to enter the coffee industry.
What are you excited to do while you are in Houston?
I have no idea.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Besides coffee, I also like doing Yoga, Weight training and reading books.
