I am a coffee professional with over 12 years of experience, collaborating with Niji Coffee Co. to bring exceptional coffee to life. I’ve been competing since 2022, achieving national and international success, including becoming the Türkiye Brewing and Roasting Champion...
I started my coffee journey as a waiter in a small café, where I discovered my passion for brewing and sharing exceptional coffee experiences. Competing allows me to push boundaries, grow professionally, and contribute to the global coffee community.
Fun fact: My first favorite coffee drink was Sunshine, and I still enjoy creating new recipes that bring joy to others.
What are you excited to do while you are in Jakarta?
I’m excited to explore Jakarta’s vibrant coffee scene, try traditional Indonesian foods, and discover the unique flavors of Indonesian coffees. Connecting with local coffee professionals and experiencing the city’s rich culture and hospitality during the WCC is something I truly look forward to.
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Outside of coffee, I’m all about music, movies, and experimenting in the kitchen!
Whether it’s cooking up a new dish or baking something sweet, I love exploring creativity and flavors in different ways.
