Peace and Love Cafe
Please tell us a little about yourself:
I work in Peace and Love Cafe, which is own by Stanley, 2023 World Syphon Champion, so actually we brew syphon coffee daily in our shop! This is the second time I competed in brewers cup, luckily I get the champion soon in my early career, due to my powerful team!
What are you excited to do while you are in Jakarta?
I would like to try lots of local food in Jarkata, even though Taiwan is not so far to Indonesia, but this is the first time I come to this country!
What are your interests outside of coffee?
Perhaps riding motorbike~ I spent lots of time riding bikes in the mountains since I got my license haha!

Definitely my boss Stanley and my assistant Judy and Michael, without my team I would be nothing and won't be able to stand here!
